Leadership and Governance

How the alliance is governed, and who is accountable for what.

A board elected by member organisations sets strategy and holds the secretariat to account. The secretariat runs day-to-day operations. An independent advisory group reviews our safeguarding and documentation practice.

Financial statements are reviewed annually by an external auditor and shared with members.
